Dilly Rye Boat Dip
I have been making a similar recipe since the mid 80's. Be sure to rinse the chipped beef and delete the celery salt unless you like really salty food.

Sweet and Sour Smoked Sausage
This was quite easy and pretty good for a quick change to smoked sausage. I tripled the sauce and hot pepper. I also added a green pepper and another vidalia onion. I added 1 large can of drained pineapple chunks in juice- the kids fought over those. next time I may toss in a few maraschino cherries and see what the kids do. Last week we had a potluck at work. I kept it warm in a crock pot and served rice on the side - it was gone before anything else on the table. Again, the pineapple were a hot commodity.

Apple Oatmeal Crisp
I doubled the recipe and baked in a 9"x13" pan. Served with home-made vanilla ice cream, this one was a winner! I noticed some of the reviews that said this was dry- it all depends on the type of apple you use! I use a combo of Gala, Granny Smith and Fuji, with great results. My girlfriend used red delicious and ended up with a dry and disappointing Crisp.
