Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: May 24, 2008
Very good recipe! I've made it with 4 cups of bread flour and 3 tsp of yeast; 5 cups of regular flour, 4 tsp yeast and 1 tsp gluten; 4 cups bread flour and 4 tsp yeast. It all works. I use a BREAD MACHINE and add the water, flour, yeast, salt and the little amount of sugar called for. After it is mixed I add the sugar in and add flour to the mixture to to right consistency. Baked up great every time!

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Best falafel recipe I've made (and I've made quite a few) Make sure you smash up the chick peas - has a great texture.

Very popular in my family! I added corn to the black bean layer and black olives to the pinto layer. Fun to assemble.

Bread Machine Bagels

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2008
I wanted more bagels so I increased the servings to 12 since my bread machine can handle 4 cups of flour. It worked great! After coating with the egg we topped them with cinnamon-sugar, garlic salt & onion flakes, sesame seeds, extra sharp grated cheddar cheese. Every one of the combos was popular and worked well. Note: I let them rise longer than the recipe states before boiling them.

Was perfect! I made sure to get the vanilla all stirred in evenly before adding the milk. The kids loved it and we had a lot of fun with it.

Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Tomato and Artichoke Sauce

Reviewed: May 23, 2002
This is a WONDERFUL recipe. The marinated artichokes give it lots of flavor, and we serve it over a pound of spaghetti. My kids actually eat it too! This is now a revolving recipe at our house.
