Brown Chicken Stock
This recipe turned out amazing! I made it by the recipe (except I used yellow instead of red onions). The stock was absolutely flavorful, rich, and made a lot! I had to save for a while to collect enough chicken bones, but it was worth it.

Cranberry Apple Pie
I made the recipe as is. It tasted amazing, but mine never set up like other reviewers stated, even after refrigeration for a day. If I make this again I would make the following changes: omit orange juice and add orange peel instead, and use flour instead of cornstarch (adjusting the amount).

Boston Baked Beans
My husband absolutely raved about these beans! Which is something he never does. He even requested I make them for his upcoming camping trip. :) I didn't change a thing about the recipe.
