This recipe was definitely easy. It was my first ever cheesecake attempt. I was a bit dissappointed in the consistency. I LOVE cheesecake but this was, for lack of a better word, like spackle. It kind of stuck to the roof of my mouth. It's probably my fault, it was my first attempt. It DID crack, but that was ok, I was just putting fruit on it and my family would not care as long as it tastes yummy.

I really wish I would have checked the reviews before making this one. It tasted too vinegary and we ended up having to throw the whole thing out. Yuck.

This is an awesome salad that got rave reviews from my guests! I substituted the plain iceberg lettuce for a lovely mixture found ready made at my grocery store. I also couldn't find the rice vinegar so I substituted white wine vinegar and it turned out great! One other thing, I didn't have time to cook up those noodles so I just used the ready made ones (can't remember what they're called, but they put them on soup) and they really added a nice crunch to the salad. Again, it was great, and soooo easy to make!
