Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This recipe was definitely easy. It was my first ever cheesecake attempt. I was a bit dissappointed in the consistency. I LOVE cheesecake but this was, for lack of a better word, like spackle. It kind of stuck to the roof of my mouth. It's probably my fault, it was my first attempt. It DID crack, but that was ok, I was just putting fruit on it and my family would not care as long as it tastes yummy.
