Hash Brown Egg Bake
AWESOME base recipe-always a hit at breakfast. I do make some slight changes. I use shredded hash browns instead of cubed, I cook a pound of bacon and extra to put on top, I shred a whole block of cheese and extra to put on top, and sometimes I will sub Eggbeaters for a couple of eggs to make it a teensy bit healthier. Overall, a great go-to recipe.
