Caesar Salad Supreme
I make this recipe all the time and get sooo many rave reviews and requests for me to bring it to events. The best part is that you can just throw everything in a blender or the "Magic Bullet" and it is so quick and easy! A couple of notes: I never use anchovies, if anything just a tiny bit of the paste and it always turns out awesome. One suggestion-wholegrain Dijon mustard gives a nice texture to the dressing. However, you don't need to change a thing-this recipe is great the way it is. PS-Homemade croutons MAKE any salad-here is a quick and easy way to make them if you don't want to mess with a fying pan: I freeze leftover hot dog/hamburger rolls, then thaw & cut them into cubes, throw them on a cookie sheet and coat them with melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, etc and bake them in the oven until golden and mmmmm-the perfect finishing touch!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake II
This cake was not exactly the easiest I have ever made, what with separating seven eggs and whipping the whites, but BOY WAS IT WORTH IT! This cake was sweet, and oh-so-moist. Since I used butter in the recipe I didn't put the extra butter flavoring. Instead, a Tablespoon of vanilla made it perfect!
