Crackers a la Yvette
I make these using Oyster Crackers to send to the troops overseas with the organization bakinggals.com The guys seem to love them! When I make them for me I cut the oil by 1/3 and it seems to work just as well. Thanks DebAC!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
Made just as written except I added 2 T tomato paste and 1/2 c merlot to add a little depth of flavor. I also added 1 parsnip. Easy and delicious!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
I used zesty Good Seasons italian dry dressing mix, 98% fat free cream of chicken, and reduced fat cream cheese. It was delicious! Thanks Judi Ann
