This was a big hit at our brunch. We doubled the amount of bacon, but we'll use a smaller baking dish next time. It was spread REALLY thinly in a 9 X 13 pan (I know the recipe calls for 11 x 7 but we didn't have that)

This was a nice, quick recipe to take to Thanksgiving dinner. I found it made a LOT of filling, I threw away probably a third of the cream cheese and the pumpkin mixture each, which makes me think I could have filled 2 pie shells rather than just one (just made smaller pies).

Quick, easy, and delicious (especially with the suggestion of sprinkling herbs on the crust). This is going on my regular weeknight dinner rotation.

This were a huge hit at the party I took them to. I wanted more apple taste, so next time I will up the apple. I actually think these were far better the next day, so they're a good make-ahead dessert.

Excellent frosting. I made this exactly as stated for a carrot cake, and I couldn't stop licking the bowl after I had the cake frosted! I was prepared to add more sugar if I needed to, but I tasted the frosting after I'd put 2 cups in and it was perfect.

Made this last night and it was excellent. I made a few changes: I put it in a loaf pan instead of mini loaves, so I halved the glaze and I baked it for an hour instead of 45 minutes. I also found the mixture to be extremely wet, so I added another 1/2 cup of Oatmeal (making the total Oatmeal 1 cup) and it was perfect. Husband loved it, and is already planning meatloaf sandwiches with the leftovers. This will be added to our permanent rotation!

This is the easiest dressed-up-brownie experience ever. I melted one package (12 oz) of Nestle Semisweet chocolate chips (the smoothest melting chocolate chips I've ever found) in the microwave, then mixed the peanut butter and butter in til melted, then gradually added the rice cereal. The recipes calls for the brownies to be baked longer than I like to bake mine, and I altered that, but I realize that it creates a crunchier brownie, which makes a really nice base crust for the rest. It works with softer brownie too though. My coworkers devoured this!!!

If I could give this recipe more than 5 stars, I would. I made some changes based on the advice I found here and the results were STELLAR: 1.) Use Garlic/Herb Feta. 2.) Doubled the amount of fresh garlic used (we love garlic at our house) 3.) Add a half cup of Parmesan to the mixture. 4.) Diced Roma tomatoes on top of the mixture after it's in the shells (but BEFORE baking) 5.) Shredded mozzarella on top of the tomatoes. These changes resulted in an absolutely delicious winner of a recipe that is on my permanent keep list.

So while I'm only giving these three stars due to my personal preference, I think there's a lot to be said for these cookies. They're simple, they're fast, and they're inexpensive. No, their flavor is not gourmet, and we didn't prefer them personally, but frankly, it's a cake mix cookie. You get out of it what you put into it. If you don't need a super gourmet tasting cookie, these are for you. Or maybe you do, but you find you prefer them. We didn't, personally, but the review and overall rating indicates that lots of people do. So there you have it. :)

We made this for a vegetarian dinner party this past weekend and it was excellent! Don't forget to sweat the eggplant (I'm sure glad I read the reviews so I knew to do it). We made this for our herbivore and chicken parmesan for our carnivores, and I thought the eggplant parmesan was so good I didn't touch the chicken!

This was my first pie, and it was excellent! I followed other advice (replaced 1/4 c of the sugar with cornstarch) and I was a little worried because the fruit was totally coated with white before the pie went into the oven. But it cooked down into the juice, and it tasted wonderful! The filling was a little juicy even with the added cornstarch but I didn't think it was a deal-breaker. Also, I used the full amount of cinnamon called for and it wasn't overpowering (I didn't even notice it). Definitely a winner!!!

We substituted dijon mustard for the prepared mustard and it had a little kick. We loved it!

I made this one night to go with canned soup (canned soup + homemade bread = delicious!!!) and it was awesome. Well worth the time put into it.

I made this for a coworker's birthday and it was a hit with everyone who loved key lime! This recipe packs quite a lime punch, so I served it with whipped cream so that those who wanted it could have the extra sweetness. This recipe was a total success!

This dip is addictive. I wanted a dip I could take to work to share and it made a LOT. There was some left over (somebody else brought storebought dip so it had some competition) so I brought it home and it made a GREAT snack til it was gone.

We loved this recipe! I reduced it to 1/3 of the original recipes and it made enough for 2 of us plus some for my husband to take in his lunch. It was excellent!

Excellent recipe to have when you don't have much time to make dinner! This is so easy and so yummy that it's a favorite in our house.

These were good but they need quite a bit of sprucing up to be considered exceptional. I added garlic and rolled them in Parmesan and they were ok. I may come back to this recipe in the future to see what I can do to make it better.

These were excellent! I took another cook's advice and doubled the amount of powdered sugar in the batter and it worked out great! I thought the dough was just right, it's not overly sweet (it wouldn't work on its own necessarily) but coupled with the cherry in the middle and the frosting, it was great. I used cherry juice instead of milk to avoid the chance of them needing refrigeration, and only rolled half of them in coconut in case people didn't care for coconut. I boxed these up and gave them as Christmas gifts. The only thing I'd check is make sure the people you're making them for like cherries! I didn't think about this beforehand but I think I'm safe. Cheers!

This was a huge hit at my family's Christmas celebration this year! I took other cooks' advice and was careful to spread it as thin as possble and that made it easy to break. I made 2 batches and bagged it up as stocking stuffers, and we're munching on the leftovers. This will go on my make-again list!
