Cheese Herb Bread
This is a great bread, but it's even better as breadsticks! I'm a garlic fiend, so I added quite a lot of minced garlic along with everything else. I also reduced the yeast to 2 teaspoons.

Banana Banana Bread
Fantastic! All of my friends rave about this bread, and my sister begs me to make it. I've added chocolate chips and walnuts with good results, but everyone goes crazy when I stir in peanut butter and peanut butter chips. I also like to shake in a little cinammon, nutmeg, and vanilla, although it's great without.

Baked Dijon Salmon
Incredible! My father (a big salmon fan) said that this was the best salmon he'd ever eaten, and decided to call it "Pretty Salmon" because it comes out looking _gorgeous_. I subsituted chopped hazelnuts for the pecans.
