Blueberry Pie

Wonderful pie. The recipe is excelent as is. If you are going to use a full top crust just turn the heat down to 400, increase time to 1 hr, and increase corn starch to 4tbsp (1/4 cup). I also use a deep dish pan.

Angel's Old Fashioned Beef Stew

Some of the best beef stew I have had in a while, a long while. Hearty beef flavor, seasoned just right. Took me back to a time when Mom served the stew up by the wood heater and the heater, the stew, and family made everything OK.
