Blueberry Pie
Wonderful pie. The recipe is excelent as is. If you are going to use a full top crust just turn the heat down to 400, increase time to 1 hr, and increase corn starch to 4tbsp (1/4 cup). I also use a deep dish pan.

Kickin' Collard Greens
Great recipe. A little too much salt using bulion instead of broth, so I used 1/2 as much.
