Blue Cranberry Sauce
This was very good. I added a little more sugar as we like it sweet and a sprinkling of orange peels.

I have made this several times. It was tonight's choice because I didn't want to turn the oven on in this heat. I make it exactly as written, just omit the pimentos. We all like it and it is super-easy.

Grilled Caribbean Chicken Breasts
Good recipe. I cook it on the George Foreman grill. I have served it with sweet potatoes which seemed to be a good accompaniment.
