Breakfast in a Muffin

I served this in my coffee shop. The reviews I got ranged from displeased to "what were you thinking"? I followed the recipe exactly. Won't be making this again and really can't recommend it.

Bacon Cheddar Chive Muffins

I sell these in my shop. Customers absolutely love them. I make jumbo muffins so I only yield 5 with these. Also, I bake them for 20 minutes exactly and they always turn out.

Apple Pie Muffins

These are a big hit in my shop. Customers marvel at how they taste like a smashed an apple pie into a muffin! Wouldn't change a thing with this one and will make them again and again.

I used fresh peaches in these muffins and followed the recipe exactly. I've made them three times now and none of the batches worked out. They were crusty on the outside and doughy in the center. The doughy flavor was yummy but certainly not servable. I do realize this could be due to some error on my part so I wouldn't discourage others from trying them. I just know I won't be making them again.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

So easy to make and was pefect on my cream filled cupcakes. I just love the simple recipes like this! I got the quality results I wanted without the hassles. Thanks for sharing this one with the rest of the community!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

I served this one in my cupcake boutique and the customers went crazy for it. I did add 1/8 of a teaspoon of allspice the second time I made these. The customers tell me the allspice made these muffins sheer perfection. They're moist and flavorful.

Snickerdoodles V

Simply the best snickerdoodle recipe out there. I usually follow the recipe exactly when I make it the first time. I dd change one thing on this one though...I used butter instead of shortening. Just a personal preference.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Absolutely delicious and I wouldn't change a thing! I made these for my coffee shop customers and they all agreed that these are the best peanut butter cookies they've ever had. These cookies have a more intense peanut butter flavor and they turn out soft and chewy. I do recommend that you not leave them in the oven too long for fear that they haven't finished baking. I left them in for the max amount of recommended time and they turned out perfect. They didn't look like they were done, but I followed the instructions and was pleasantly surprised.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Exceptionally good recipe..easy to make, tasted great and went over like gangbusters at a recent bake sale. I didn't change a thing with the recipe and did use the small muffin tins as suggested.

Ice Cream Cone Treats

Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes

Easy to make and great flavor. Didn't change a thing in the recipe. I topped them with chocolate buttercream and they were gone in no time at all.

Lemon Muffins

Loved the rustic look of these muffins but I'm sure my customers would prefer prettier muffins. Either way, they're easy to make and very flavorful. I did make a lemon juice/sugar glaze and poured a teaspoon on each muffin.

Orange Drop Cookies II

I used to make these all the time and couldn't find my cookbook with my tried and true recipe. So glad I found this one! I did add an extra half cup of flour due to other reviews. Cookies came out perfect and the icing is awesome. Next time I'll be sure and double the recipe. I highly recommend this one!

Banana Oatmeal Cookies III

What a great cookie! I love bananas, hubby loves oatmeal....I came out the winner in this one. Doesn't take too "oatmealish". Tastes more like banana bread. No matter, hubby enjoyed them just as much as I did. I followed the recipe exactly on this one and wouldn't change a thing.

Butter Cream Frosting II

Tastes great and very simple to make. I did find though that the recipe as written was great for piping but a little too stiff for icing. I added a little extra milk to thin it down for icing.

Raspberry Trifle

I served this for dessert with Christmas dinner. I did use angel food cake instead of pound cake, but followed the rest of the recipe exactly. This was a huge hit and looked beautiful on the table. Easy to make, very tasty and beautiful presentation. I'll defenitely be making this one again.

Cola Beans

I don't eat baked beans myself so I had to let hubby be the sole judge on this one. He found it to be incredibly bland and asked me not to waste the ingredients on this one again. He much prefers Baked Beans III from this site.
