Chicken Enchiladas II
This is a keeper. I've tried lots of creamy enchilladas and this is the best. My husband who isn't a fan of mexican food loved this and keeps asking me to make this over and over again. We had this 3 times in a row. I have to mention that the first batch I made was a little to dry and too tasty so I had to add more milk for the second batch and it turn out to perfect.
