I tried this recipe twice and both times the bread was super dense and didn't rise... It's not the yeast, I tested it. So, I can see that the taste is good, the cornmeal definitely adds a lot to it. But for me, super dense and then, very crumbly.

Stuffed Shells has always been one of my husband's favorite dishes, but I never tried to do it myself ... I did this wonderful recipe and it was a bit success! Thanks so much for the great recipe!

My family loved this one!!! It was really great, and the first time I ever made meatballs in my life. The one little mistake I made was having half the amount of bread and putting on the same amount of Mayonnaise as the recipe... The Mayo made it a little heavy, so next time - I'll definetely do it again - I'll still use 8 lb of bread, only half the Mayo. Thanks for the great recipe!!
