My Best Clam Chowder

Yum. I skipped the vinegar and sauteed the veggies in salt pork fat. I added a little milk to thin it out a little. I made two batches and it was gone within 20 minutes.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Absolutely delicious. I brought this to our families house for thanksgiving. Everyone loved them even a person who doesn't like cream cheese and sour cream. I will definitely makes these again for a large crowd. Left overs are great too taste even better.

Maine Lobster Lasagna

Delicious - I made the alfredo sauce using the one from this site. "Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce". This is time consuming and cost about $20 to make but well worth it. (I live in New England so lobster was only $5.99/lb - I bought (2) 1lb lobsters.

Zucchini Casserole II

I modified a little. After cooking zucchini quickly sauteed the onions in the pot then added the rest of the ingrediants to warm. I also didn't have any stuffing so I just added a little butter to bread crumbs and topped off the casserole with cheddar cheese before adding the bread crumbs. Turned the oven to 400 for about 15 minutes and it was done. Delicious.

Too sweet, need to cut back a lot on the sugar. This will make it even healthier for you. Great substitute for the mayo/buttermilk recipes I normally use.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Huge hit at Thanksgiving. Everyone liked this dish. I gave four stars due to the fact recipe calls for too much cheddar cheese. I think I will make next time with only 1/2 cup of cheese and then try it without the cheese. Thank you for this recipe.
