Blondies II
Every Monday night I bring a cake or something sweet for Monday Night Football. I was in the mood for a brownie, but decided blondies would be a more unexpected treat. Found this recipe and gave it a shot - very easy to put together. When I served it, the entire batch was gone within minutes and people clamored for more. Three people asked for the recipe - and they NEVER bake....

Pineapple Cake III
Phenomenal cake! Every week I bring a cake to an outdoor concert and I ask for suggestions for the following week. Someone said they would love something pineapple...so I looked and found this one. Followed the directions exactly as written, but added some cherry extract and juice to the icing. Decorated it with halved cherries. Rave reviews all around!

Chicken Nut Puffs
In reading the other postings, I substituted 1 tablespoon of Mrs. Dash seasoning for all of the listed seasonings. (It has most of what was called for anyway.) I also used ground turkey rather than chicken (made it easy to chop after it was cooked - plus it was in my freezer) People raved about these - I had three people ask me for the recipe right away. This is a keeper - just change the spices a bit.
