This was my first time making fried rice. It was for my daughter's birthday to go along with her pick of Orange Chicken from Costco. I didn't add the sausage since it was a side dish, but it was fabulous. My whole family went back for seconds. I had to make it a second time that week. I did add fresh ginger and sesame oil since I had it in the house. Thanks!
