Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Amazing! This recipe is so simple and delicious. I like spicy food so I usually toss in a 3-4 minced seeded habenero peppers. If you remove the seeds, it's not too spicy. Also a diced bell pepper or 2 small cans of mild green chilis adds a nice green color to contrast all the red, yellow and black.
