Shredded Brussels Sprouts
Just made this recipe and had to review! All my life I have hated Brussel Sprouts. On a whim I decided to give them another try and stumbled upon this recipe. Oh my goodness!! These are delicious. I only made 1/3 of the recipe because I didn't have enough Sprouts. I used my mandolin to shave the Sprouts which resulted in very uniform very precise cuts (and wasn't too messy). My only complaint with this recipe was the greasiness. I think in the future I would try cutting back on the amount of "oils" I used. So yummy!! Must try.
