This was an easy and awesome recipe. I agree with the other comments that it needed a bit more salt, but the dill, garlic and dijon were perfect. This one will have its place as our favorite red potato salad of all time!

This wasn't as hard to make as it first appeared. The sauce was incredible, but for some reason the flavor didn't stick to the beef as much as I would have liked. The beef turned out too chewy and a bit bland. I think that next time I will incorporate the broccoli into the beef and sauce mixture, and maybe add some "accent" to the beef before starching it.

A very delicious curry recipe! I did not have yogurt, so I used sour cream and it turned out wonderfully! I'll try it with yogurt next time to see if it makes a difference.
