Cinnamon Crackle Cookies

These were great!! I didn't roll them in sugar because other reviewers said they were too sweet that way. They don't need the sugar on the outside. I also used 1 cup butter (no shortening on hand).

Man-Lovin' Potatoes

I really like the idea of pre-cooking the potatoes before baking the whole thing. I have had trouble in the past getting them done all the way through when I don't do that.

These are so easy to make and so tasty. Also sort of time consuming, so I split it into parts. I kneaded the dough and formed them into nuggets placed them in the fridge overnight, then dipped them the next day.

Chocolate Cherry Cake III

MMmm. The frosting is the best!!! You must use the frosting. I am only giving 4 stars because I couldn't taste the almond extract in it. Maybe I didn't use enough? Next time I will try it with more.

I had good luck with this recipe. It turned out just as I had hoped. But I wouldn't really call them cookies. They are good with a little butter on them for breakfast; slightly sweet and tasty!

Cake Mix Cinnamon Rolls

These turned out really good. The texture was different than regular cinnamon rolls. Flaky-ish, like from a bakery.

Neiman Marcus Cake II

I used 2 cups of sugar in the cream cheese, added about a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and sprinkled some lemon juice over the top before baking. It turned out great.
