Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
It was ok, but I don't think I will make it again. The recipe came out almost like chili and not a main course.

Oven-Barbecued Pork Chops
Very bland and tough. I think my chops may have been too thick, but I had to put store bought BBQ sauce on it to salvage it.

Blackened Salmon Fillets
Wow, delicious. Definitely on my short list of dinners to make. I put half the amount of butter and it worked out just fine. Took about 5 minutes on one side like the recipe states and another 5 minutes once flipped over. Fantastic. Highly recommended.
