Sirloin Tips and Mushrooms

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Perfect chocolate frosting. Easy & delicious. I also halved this recipe and still had leftovers. Oh well, I guess I'll have to eat it with a spoon~ Thanks!

Mac and Cheese II

Quick, easy & soooo delish! I did add dry mustard, white pepper and onion powder to the cheese sauce and some bread crumbs & extra cheese on top. Very good!

Best Beef Dip Ever

Absolutely incredible! The only thing I changed was 4 cups beef broth & 2 cups of water. I made this for a potluck at work and everyone just loved it! Very easy and very delicious!

Alfredo Sauce

Excellent sauce. I also added an additional garlic clove, nutmeg and romano cheese. ABSOLUTELY USE UNSALTED BUTTER! The cheeses have enough salt.

Peppy's Pita Bread

My daughter informed me the night before that a project was due and she needed Hummus & pitas! I couldn't go & buy them, so I made them! Excellent recipe! Very easy & delicious. I used Olive Oil, instead of vegetable oil. We were so excited when they puffed up just like the picture! Thank you so much. My daughter a an A! Definitely a keeper.

Basic Crepes

Excellent recipe. Easy, quick, any filling can be put in. They also freeze EXTREMELY well. Just put wax paper between each crepe, wrap with place wrap & use a heavy duty freezer bag.

Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans

This was truly easy & excellent. I added minced garlic & sliced onion to my beans & fresh tomatoes(instead of canned), a bit of Italian seasoning. Very good, easy. I will DEFINITELY make this again. Thanks for sharing!

Cinnamon Rolls III

This was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! Very easy, very delicious. Everyone went crazy for them. I also used the whole packet of vanilla pudding and let the dough rest about 15 minutes before rolling it out. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
