Alfredo Sauce
Very simple & delicious. I used roasted garlic in place of the fresh garlic. I will definitely make this again & again.

Peppy's Pita Bread
My daughter informed me the night before that a project was due and she needed Hummus & pitas! I couldn't go & buy them, so I made them! Excellent recipe! Very easy & delicious. I used Olive Oil, instead of vegetable oil. We were so excited when they puffed up just like the picture! Thank you so much. My daughter a an A! Definitely a keeper.

Basic Crepes
Excellent recipe. Easy, quick, any filling can be put in. They also freeze EXTREMELY well. Just put wax paper between each crepe, wrap with place wrap & use a heavy duty freezer bag.
