Roquefort Pear Salad
I made this last year for Thanksgiving and intend to make it again this year because it was very popular. I used 1& 1/2 bags of pre-packaged salad greens, a good blue cheese, and I followed another reviewer's suggestion of adding 2 TBLSP water to the sugar and pecan mixture.Excellent recipe!

Martha's Vegetable Beef Soup
I doubled the recipe and froze half for later.My husband who never eats leftovers ate this soup till it was all gone. I added a cup of red wine(remember I doubled the recipe)and that is what gave the flavor more depth. Great recipe,I will use it often.
