Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Very good. A little spicy. I made a double batch using half beer & half chicken broth. I froze half since it wouldn't all fit in my crockpot.

Apricot Chicken I
Probably won't make this again but if I did I'd change it some: 1. way too salty. use 1/2 packet of soup mix. 2. way too much sauce. Cut sauce mix in half. 3. Sauce was very thin. I'd add water/cornstarch mix & simmer to thicken.

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
a wonderful recipe if you don't want the sweetness of a maple glazed salmon. dh doesn't like balsamic vinegar and liked this recipe. the sauce is good over veges, too.
