Cheddar Bacon Hamburgers
Loved these and my husband raved. Will definitely make these again. If grilling, make thick and add an ice cube to the center to keep it extra moist through cooking. Thanks for sharing this one! Michelle

Runzas (Bierocks)
Loved these and they were very easy to make. We don't have Runzas around here, so this was a nice treat. Easy to customize for different tastes. Next time I will add mushrooms to the filling mix, but you could add anything. Thanks for the recipe! Michelle

Cheesy Baked Grits
Really liked this as a side dish for dinner. Didn't have the parmesean, but had an Italian blend for pizza, which I substituted on top. That crunchy cheese layer on top added a lot of flavor. I think this really needs to cool off quite a bit in order to taste the cheese flavor of the grits, so I recommend cooling for a good 15 minutes before serving. I will definitely be making this again and maybe adding chopped bacon and scallions next time.
