i didn't have bread flour, so i used all purpose with 1 teaspoon of wheat gluten for every cup of flour called for. they came out wonderfully! i topped half of mine (i made 8 instead of 9) with sesame seeds and half with dehydrated chopped onion that i rehydrated with a little of the boiling water i had going for the bagels. they were great right from the oven, but i can't wait for tomorrow morning to toast one and top it with cream cheese! thanks for the recipe!

I agree with the previous reviewer RenaKS27 - people who are knit-picking this recipe to death are missing the whole point of its "quick and easy"-ness. It is a no-fail go-to recipe for pizza crust when you dont WANT to wait for dough to rise, or have to pull out fifty-three different ingredients. By all means, personalize it to your heart's content, but also don't be afraid to make it as is. I also use it for quick breadsticks: roll it out and cut into strips with a pizza cutter, bake as directed, then brush with butter that has been melted with minced fresh garlic and sprinkle them with grated parmesan. yum!

These were so good! I may never make cornbread muffins with a meal again - I'll make these! The millet was such a yummy crunchy addition. I subbed some wheat bran and flaxseed meal for about 1/3 of the flour, just to up the nutrition even more; mine only took 13 minutes in my oven. Tasty and easy!

This is it! This is the ONLY Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe you'll ever need. I made them with vanilla pudding in regular size, and with chocolate pudding in "giant" size (to put under ice cream while still warm and slightly underbaked - oh boy!).

HAHA! I just have to laugh at Portia's review below! I can't say that I thought these "sucked", but I've definitely had better. I'm not sure what went wrong but they had an "off" taste to me, like they needed more sugar or had too much cocoa powder or something. Others seemed to like them fine, so I give them three stars.

This is the best french bread recipe I've had. Outside was perfectly crispy and the inside was perfectly chewy. As good as fresh-baked from the store. Thanks!

Meh. These weren't so good. I'd rather save my cream cheese for something else.

Cheap, quick, and easy! I put oil and three kernels in the pot, when all three kernels pop I add the sugar and stir it around well, then I add the rest of the popcorn kernels and put the lid on. Then I alternate shaking the pot for three seconds with letting it sit on the burner for three seconds until I hear the popping begin to slow down, then I take off the lid and sprinkle some salt in, replace the lid, give it another shake and pour it out into a bowl. Haven't had a batch burn yet with the "3-second shake and sit" technique. ;-)

Yummy! And SO easy, I use my stick blender right in my cup. Possibilities are endless.

My husband told me to throw out any other stuffed pepper recipe I had! The only changes were that I cut the peppers in half lengthwise (easier to stuff!) and just use one can of soup.

This was pretty bland, make sure you use really ripe avocados to maximize the flavor. I still give it 4 stars though, just because avocados are so darn good!

Due to all the great ratings, I will assume that my dish came out disappointingly because of my own doings. I used a 2 qt casserole dish, but it was a ROUND one, and the two layers of cheese just couldnt manage the thick layers of potato. the cheese layer was mighty good, but the rest of the potatoes were quite bland. This recipe must mean to use a rectangular baker that spreads the potato layers out more, that's the only thing I can figure. I'll try this again...but not for company just yet!

Complicated but tasty. My canned chickpeas were not as soft as needed, you can't just pour them in and call it quits. I recently had an Indian gal in my neighborhood bring this dish to a potluck and hers was better than mine...I thin it mainly had to do with the texture of the chickpeas and how much flavor they take on.

Ok, well it must have been something I did, because of all the great reviews, but mine did not puff up. I tried rolling them thin, rolling them thick, letting them sit, different shapes and nothing would work. Fresh box of baking power so that can't be it. The dough was good with honey, so I'm at least giving it three stars for that, even if it wasn't puffy like a sopapilla.

Great recipe. I have a similar recipe that is made with chicken, but the raspberry sauce uses basalmic vinegar and includes diced red onions as well, very yummy. Hadn't thought of using it with pork, but was inspired by this recipe. I used apple juice instead of orange juice (what i had on hand), and instead of rubbing the herbs on the poek i simply put everything in a plastic bag and set it in the fridge until I was ready for it.

Although this has many rave reviews, we thought this was pretty dull tasting, and the bacon was overpowering. Leftovers have been sitting in my freezer waiting to be eaten...
