Boneless Garlic and Rosemary Rubbed Prime Rib with Red Wine Mushroom Sauce
great recipe followed directions except after Browning I put the roast on the rotisserie on the BBQ with a pan under to catch the juices for the sauce .also made Balsamic Roasted red Potatoes ,and asparagus Parmesan.Received rave reviews from the family on this combo .

Zucchini Blossom a la Feta
First time to ever make these and also my first time to eat them! I made both recipes on this site and these were good although I did prefer the crispy zuchinni blossums a little better. I used blossoms from my garden using both pumpkin and zucchini . I did not change anything from the recipe and it turned out great .

Amber's Sesame Chicken
Wonderful recipe!definitely a five star rating!! Like others I changed a few things .I used 8 large white mushrooms cut into six wedges each an a cup and a half of Chinese peas (snow peas)I stir fried these first. set them aside . I used a whole chicken boned and cut up into bite sized pieces except for the legs and wings ,which I fried for the youngling.I used 1/2 cup of flour and a 1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds,Which was just right for the amount of chicken.as others have stated the sesame did not stick to the chicken well, so I put the remainder in with the chicken in the wok.I used 8 tbsp of teriyaki and 5 tbsp. of honey and 8 drops of sesame oil instead of seeds for the sauce. Served over chicken flavored rice with pork and vegetable egg rolls on the side
