Chocolate Trifle
I took other reviewers' advise and modified the original recipe, using vanilla flavored cool whip, chocolate chunk brownies, and whipping up heavy whipping cream instead of cool whip to lessen the sweetness. What a disappointment - it wasn't nearly as good as what people said. WAY too sweet. The brownies were hard, I think if I were to make it again, I would use regular brownies instead of the chocolate chunk ones, the chocolate pieces were rock hard. Maybe my mistake was modifing the original recipe, I may try again, this time following the recipe to a tee. There are far better desserts out there.

Hollandaise Sauce
This is WAY too buttery for my taste. It's more like a butter sauce and the color is butter yellow, not light cream like a true hollandaise. My husband liked it though, probably b/c he LOVES butter. If you're looking for a great hollandaise sauce, look elsewhere!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp
Delicious!! I cooked the shrimp separately and added to the sauce at the end. Also added mushrooms and spinach. Even my picky 5 yr old liked it!
