Pecan Pie Bars I
These were excellent! I had so many compliments and people asking for the recipe. I followed directions exactly. I did roast my pecans first and I put parchment paper on the shelf below to catch any overflow. Worked perfect! Making more today. Ü

Easy Cheesy Chicken I
I did as one person suggested and replaced the cream of chicken and the cream of mushroom soups with broccoli cheese soup then added frozen chopped broccoli the last hour. Tasted wonderful!!

Pear Bread II
This tasted good but took a long time to finish cooking. I used 2 loaf bread pans as stated but for some reason the middle was not getting done. I ended up having to put foil over the top to keep it from getting burned while it finished cooking. It took over an hour to bake, my guess is about an hour and 20 minutes.
