About this Cook
I LOVE TO BAKE; ALWAYS HAVE. MY FONDEST MEMORY IS FROM MY TEENAGE YEARS WHEN MY LITTLE SISTER (WHO IS 13 YRS YOUNGER) AND I WERE BAKING CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. WE HAD JUST MOVED INTO OUR NEW HOUSE AND WHENEVER I AM STRESSED, I BAKE. THIS WAS A VERY STRESSFUL TIME IN MY LIFE. WE PROBABLY ATE MORE OF THE DOUGH THAN WE BAKED.
My favorite things to cook
I LOVE TO BAKE ANYTHING. I AM AFRAID OF PIE CURSTS THOUGH. No longer am I afraid of pie crusts! Yay me. I have made at least two or three this last year.
My favorite family cooking traditions
WE ALWAYS BAKE THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS. WE ALWAYS HAVE WAY TOO MANY PIES AND COOKIES.
My cooking triumphs
NONE AS OF YET. AS SOON AS I MAKE MY VERY OWN PIE CRUST I CAN SAY, "I DID IT!" I DID IT! I have conqured my fear of baking my own pie crust. Thanks Shan for always pushing my to try it.
My cooking tragedies
INSTEAD OF LETTING THE BUTTER SOFTEN, I MELTED IT AND THE COOKIES WERE AWFUL.

Mexican Pizza II
I bake my tortillas in the oven first, then pour on some red enchilada sauce, them the middles, then other tortilla, then more red sauce, then cheese, then bake for 10 minutes more, then add all the rest of the toppings...OMGosh, this is one of my families favorite.

Grilled Buffalo Wings
If I could give this 10 stars, I would, all my husband could say was "these are awesome", "man these are awesome". My husband and I went on a vacation to the mountains and I grilled these for us...it was way easier than I thought it would be. I set a timer for 5 minutes and instead of flipping, I put them into the pot of sauce for 5 minutes, then too them out and turned them on the other side...you get the picture. I will be making these again.

Dump Cake II
I love this recipe. I am sorry, I do mine a little bit different, I melt my butter and stir it in. I use the pineapple juice in the butter mixture. Then I smear it on top of the fruit and cook it for about 35 minutes or until it is lightly browned and nice and bubbly.
