I am semi-retired and am extremely health conscience today. I make almost everything from scratch. We don't eat out much today because of not knowing what's in the food. We have a farm and raise our own food. I like to cook Italian and Hungarian. I am also enjoying finding Indian food to make at home. My background is Italian and we had to have macaroni almost every Sunday for my dad. I didn't appreciate it as much as I do today. I am a very fine cook. I can usually fix any problem I may encounter. My homemade tomato sauce is extrmemly good. With that as a staple I can make many kinds of Italian recipes. I am not a good baker. Most of the things I try are just ok, and I am not happy with them. I have always enjoyed Italian pasteries and am now trying to perfect them :)
