WOW! My kind of cookie! Easy and fast. I cut down the flip side baking time to 3 minutes and they were fabulous! I ate nearly a whole batch myself. Thanks for a great recipe!

Slow Cooker Glazed Corned Beef

Delicious and a snap to make. I cooked the meat in a slow cooker on low for 10 hours. Meat was so tender I had to use a spatula to get it onto a baking pan without breaking. Then put the meat into the oven to finish with the glaze. My family loved it and wants more. Thanks for a great recipe.

Glazed Corned Beef

Lobster Bisque

I pretty much stuck to the recipe, except I used a little bit of crab with the lobster. Also added some tomato paste and paprika for color. This is a wonderful recipe that I loved, as did my children. Thanks for posting it!

Basic Beurre Blanc

Just delicious and easy as can be. If you seem to be getting a sauce that is clear instead of opaque add a small amount additional cream. Constant whisking is the key. Had this with pan seared salmon and it was fabulous. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Goat Cheese Salmon

Super easy and everyone loved it. I also put it all between two sheets of puff pastry and it was really impressive looking. This can be put together for a week night dinner with no sweat. Great recipe.

Creamed Asparagus Soup

I usually try to stick to the recipe, but I had to make a couple of minor changes based on what I had on hand. Basically I doubled all the ingredients, except that I used 4 cups of chicken broth. I also did not have the cream cheese specified, so I added a bunch of scallions to the leeks and used an 8 ounce brick of cream cheese. The bottom line is that this is a delcious soup that is as easy as it gets, but is elegant enough to serve to "company". Loved it, thanks for a great recipe!

Dump Cake II

No more excuses for not baking. Takes about 30 seconds to assemble and tastes great. This is also a wonderful recipe to make with children - virtually impossible to get it wrong and they have a great time, too!

Red Pepper Soup

Delicious. The only things I did differently were to add a teaspoon of salt, and skip the straining. I used an immersion blender instead of a conventional blender. Thanks for this great recipe!

Cream of Tomato Soup

Really easy, creamy, good texture. As another reviewer pointed out, you will wonder why you would buy canned when this is so easy to make. One of my 4 year old daughters did not care for the bits of onion, but a second in the blender cured that. Thanks for a great recipe!

Crawfish Chowder

This was just delicious. Very easy to make and easy to vary. I used precooked shrimp and increased the cream cheese to 8 ounces (only did that because I didn't want to deal with leftover cream cheese in the fridge.) Thank you for this fabulous recipe!

Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili

You'll never miss the meat with this recipe. Easy as can be, put it in the slow cooker for 7 hours on low and it turned out great. Topped it with sour cream and cheddar cheese, with a side of corn bread. Thought I'd died and went to heaven!
