Exquisite Pizza Sauce
This is a great, and very easy sauce. I made a double batch because we were doing "personal" pizzas for the first time and I had no idea how much to make. Now I have a batch in the freezer for next weekend!!! I didn't change anything, I even bought anchovy paste for the first time ever. No fishy taste at all, so I will always use it. After it was made, I did seperate a small amount and add some diced tomatoes to make a "marinara" style sauce to dip my calzone in. FABULOUS!!!!
