Chocolate Macaroon Tunnel Cake
I'm reviewing this for the filling only, since I used a cake mix. I doubled the filling and made cupcakes. The filling came out more chewy than cakey. It hit the spot well enough that I'll use the recipe again. I used a chocolate cake mix and made as directed but added a powdered box of instant chocolate pudding to the mix. Then I made Martha Stewart chocolate buttercream frosting. I toasted coconut and put that on top of the frosting. It's the frosting recipe from the "Nesting baby-bluebird cupcakes" on the Martha Stewart website.

Cathy's Creamy Chicken Bake
I found this to be too salty but my boyfriend liked it. I didn't use cheese and am glad because I think it would have been even saltier. Since my boyfriend liked it, I'll try it again but will try to find low salt soup. I sprinkled the chicken with some black pepper and a tiny bit of garlic powder. I also used half a bag of stuffing mix and put the butter on top of it.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
We were disappointed with this recipe. I think the key to crockpot recipes must be marinating the meat or putting on a dry rub. We used Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce but I don't think it would matter what sauce we used. We didn't eat the leftovers. Next time, I'll try a recipe that has a dry rub and I'll let it sit with the dry rub for a day. Maybe liquid smoke would help but I've never used it before.
