The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I made these as the recipe stated, but used powdered sugar to roll them out. We frosted them and they were perfect - just sweet enough without being sickly sweet. They were crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. They were loved by all.

Bourbon Pecan Chicken
My husband loves this! I made exactly as the recipie described, but did pound the chicken breasts a little to help them cook more evenly. Did have a little trouble getting the coating to stick - not sure if you really need the butter in it. Regardless, great flavor.

Cream Peas
These were excellent. I cooked slightly longer than the recipie called for just because my husband likes peas a little softer. Would have been fine either way.
