I was looking for just a carrot muffin so I omitted the raisins,nuts,apple,and coconut.I replaced 1/2 the oil with 3/4 cup of applesauce and used 1/2 cup of extra light olive oil.These make the best carrot muffins!I have tried some of the carrot muffins recipes on this site and they are not near as good as this!My search is over, finally!Thanks for sharing!

With a 1/2 tsp of basil and a clove of fresh garlic this crust is perfect! I also throw it all in my bread maker! Be sure to try it, you wont be disappointed!

This is the only recipe I will be using for white cake from now on! I added 1/2 cup more milk. I batter will be stiff until you add the whipped egg whites. I only sifted the dry ingredients once and my cake is super moist! Better than any box cake for sure. I also used only 1/2 cup of butter and 1/4 cup of shortening because I ran out of butter! Well worth the time on this cake! Try it you wont be dissappointed!
