Honey-Dijon Chicken
Will definitely make this again. Low fat (if not fat free) and delicious! Basting the boneless skinless chicken breasts every 15 minutes keeps them from getting dry. The ingredients are balanced, which keeps the sauce from being either too salty or too sweet. It's just right. * Tip: Microwave the honey for 30 seconds to loosen it. The warm honey blends easily with the rest of the sauce ingredients.

Best Apple Pie
Go, Debbie! This has become the favorite apple pie in our house, although I do add 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar to the pie. We like to use 3 Fuji apples, 3 Granny Smiths, and 3 Gala apples.

Old-Fashioned Vanilla Pudding
A tremendously good pudding. I substituted vanilla sugar for the plain sugar, which makes it even better. Thanks, Katie!
