Slow Cooker Sausage with Sauce
Hubby and I both enjoyed this. I'm not fond of italian sausage usually, but it was good and very tender in this dish. As someone else suggested, I boiled the meat for about 20mins last night to get rid of some grease.

Stuffing for Slow Cooker
I didn't read enough of the reviews and overdid it on the liquid. It smelled like Mom's but the consistency was mush. Will try again with a lot less broth.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup
Wonderful recipe. I used baby bella mushrooms. Skipped the sour cream. Great flavor and easy to put together. I was not expecting this soup to taste as good as it did. I've already divided up the leftovers into lunch portions for next week. This is a keeper.
