Banana Cake VI
WATCH THE OVEN TEMP!!!! I have made this recipe before and is was fabulous, however I printed up the recipe today and baked it as directed and it was still raw batter inside! I wondered about the 275 degree temp stated in the recipe and bumped it up to 290 just incase. I baked it as directed for an hour, I just checked it and found it doughy and increased the temp to 375 hopefully in another 30 minutes it will be done. As I stated I have tried this same recipe before and loved it, I just don't remember the temp being so low.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I have always "liked" blueberry muffins, but these I LOVE!!! I might actually choose one of these over a chocolate chip cookie (which says a lot for me!).

Apple Shortbread Pie
A tart? A pie? Whatever it is it's wonderful!I added a bit more flour after to the apples, but I would not do the same next time. Typically the apples would be the star in a dessert like this, but we just loved the shortbread type crust. I may go splurge on a tart pan the next time I make it. Thanks Sera!
