I thought this was pretty good, it was almost like a base recipe where you can add other things to. Next time I make it I will either add ground beef and maybe a little Franks sauce or cut the amount of sour cream in half. I would also suggest mixing the shredded cheese in with everything else instead of putting it all on top.

I don't think I can ever eat applesauce out of a jar after having this. It is SOOOOOOOO good!

I am VERY picky when it comes to chicken salad, but when I made this recipe along with a key lime cake recipe I found on this website for a friends birthday, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. It is absolutely perfect and I wouldn't change anything about it. I would suggest making enough for dinner too, your going to want more.
