The Best Lemon Bars

Wonderful bars! Added fresh grated lemon peel for more tartness.....can't get enough of these! You can't help but make crazy "yummmmm" noises while eating them!

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

This dish was just fantastic!!! The slight changes I made was to add 1/2 cup of white wine(it cooks down nicely)to the tomato mixture. I also cooked the shrimp in olive oil and butter along with the fresh garlic. Oh soooo Good!!

Fish Roll-Ups

This recipe was truly yummy!!! I took the advice of the other reviews and decided to not do the "roll up" but lay all the fish on the bottom with the stuffing on top. I did use all the butter recommended in the recipe. This is perfect for company.
