Pepper-Honey Cedar Plank Salmon
If you enjoy salmon, you'll love this. I made it for company last weekend and I received the 5 stars. My wife and I eat ALOT of fish, especially salmon. I'm not sure that we've ever had a better fish recipe outside of a fine restaurant. Run, don't walk to the store to get the cedar planks and other ingredients, and try this recipe. You'll thank me for that advice.

Wisconsin Slow Cooker Brats
I'm a authentic cheesehead and have been making brats for this way for years. The only difference is that I cook the brats in a 4 quart pan on the stovetop with the same ingredients, sans ketchup, and boil them for about 15-20 minutes. After grilling the brats, they can be returned to the simmering pan of liquid until ready for serving. The only reason I didn't give this recipe 5 stars is that in using the slow cooker, it takes about 3 hours 40 minutes longer. When I want brats, I want them now.

Tater Crisp Chicken
Great and SIMPLE recipe. I used eggs instead of melted butter and baked the chicken on a jelly roll pan on a rack. Turned the chicken after 30 minutes and baked for 30 minutes longer. Could not have been more crisp or moist, even if I had soaked it in a brine fried it in oil.
