Since finding this recipe a few years ago, this has become a family staple. We cook it at least once a month. I haven't messed with it a whole lot, and I tend to mess with all my "found" recipes. We like it just the way it is.

I do like this. It's foolishly easy. I like the texture that the crispies add, and it's nice and lemony... for most. I need more lemon, and luckily, I felt like the dough needed a bit more liquid, so I added in about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Not too much, this should be a dough, not a batter. Very yummy.
