I didn't use as much orange juice and nutmeg as the recipe called for. After I made the "sauce" I put it with thighs and breasts in the crockpot for 4 hours on high. At the end, I took off some juice and mixed it with corn starch to thicken it up. This was REALLY good. Not as overwhelming flavors as I expected.

After making this recipe for the 4th time for my family and for guests, I figured I better review this for everyone else to know just how awesome this recipe is. The dressing is perfect! However, the first time I did the noodles, I burnt them. Second time, I crushed them in the bag before opening it, made it much easier to saute them.

We had been given some cheaper New York Strips and dreaded grilling them. So, I tried this marinade on them and let them sit for about 4 hours. WOW!!! This marinade could make the worst steak taste the best. It made them very tender and juicy, no steak sauce required while eating these!
