Radish Dip
I'm giving this 5 stars b/c i never would have thought to make dip out of radishes! I used these nice white radishes I had and added dill. Very nice with crudites, thanks!

Butternut Squash, Apple, Onion Au Gratin
I tried to like it. It was just too sweet for me with all the apples.

Baked Kale Chips
WOW! This was unbelievably good. Even my 2 year old loved them! We used Pam to lighten it up a little and sprinkled a little sea salt over them. I used all my kale making these! Thanks for a great idea!
