Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
Very good! Instead of spinach I used a spring mix. Love the flavor the toasted almonds added!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
This was really good but it makes soo much! Enough for two cakes. I ended up throwing away some of it because it was so much more than I needed. So, that was a waste of money. Next time I will half the recipes.

No-Fuss Pumpkin Cake
Pretty good! I made this with a spice cake mix. Instead of using canned frosting, I made Cream Cheese Frosting II from this site.
