Skillet Cookies I
I have received mixed reviews with one, several of my friends commented on how sweet these are (myself included), while others said they are really good. I have decreased the sugar to half a cup. It's a good recipe and I will definitely make these again, but probably with less sugar and butter, as they feel kind of greasy when I was trying to shape them.

White Almond Wedding Cake
This cake is great! However, the first time I tried it (following the recipe to the 'T') I found it was a bit too moist. So I made a couple of changes: I lowered the sour cream by 1/3 cup and whipped the egg whites and folded it in. It turned out great, a bit lighter in texture but still able to hold up the fondant and be stacked.

Claire's Yummy Crepes
I was amazed at how easy and delicious this recipe is! I had some nectarines on hand, so I made a sauce with them along with some butter, brown sugar, and a splash of Grand Marnier and served it with chocolate ice cream. It was out of this world!
