Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus
Oh my gosh these were to die for. I love asparagus, throw some bacon in the mix and you're in heaven. I used at least 1 lb of Asparagus and a little less than a pkg of bacon. I brushed a tiny bit of olive oil on the spears and then peppered them. I covered a cookie sheet in foil and then sprayed it with cooking spray to keep the bacon from sticking. I used 2-3 spears per each 1/2 slice of bacon. No toothpicks necessary just keep the ends of your bacon down. Roasted them in the oven @ 450 for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on them towards the end so your ends don't burn. Delishhhhh!
